RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Returns are accepted if returned within 3 working days of receipt (for local orders) and 7 working days of receipt (for international orders) in exchange to House of Doll voucher. Only clothes that are unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned. However, accessories including earrings, headbands, headscarves, necklaces, and rings are non-returnable. For returns and exchanges, kindly notify us first at info@myhouseofdoll.com and attach the order number and product details. Sale items, pre-order items and items bought using discount codes or voucher are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our boutique. Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will process your return within 1-5 working days and you will be charged postage fee for re-postage. 2. I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT. 

Do email us at info@myhouseofdoll.com and we will update your House Of Doll voucher accordingly.

 

3. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM(S)? 

We will email you as soon as we receive the item(s) and process the parcel to let you know that it is safe in our hands.

 

4. I RETURNED AN ITEM AND IT WAS INCORRECTLY REFUNDED OR REPLACED.

5. CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT WITH HOUSE OF DOLL VOUCHER? 

No, we are sorry you can’t.

 

6. CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN HOUSE OF DOLL VOUCHER? 

No, we are sorry you can’t. 

 

7. CAN I COME AN RETURN IN PERSON AT THE BOUTIQUE?
